After receiving his BBA in finance from the College of William & Mary, WiIl Segar began his career in New York as a senior appraiser for Friesch-Groningsche Hypotheekbank Realty Credit Corporation, a lender based in the Netherlands. As such, Suffolk County resident Will Segar worked with support personnel and completed appraisals and analyses of New York area real estate.

Mr. Segar then transferred to Chase Manhattan Bank, where he spent several years as a second vice president, followed by a year with Lehman Brothers. At the latter institution, he worked with investors and rating agencies to focus on risk assessment and yield maximization. In 2008, he established his own Suffolk County-based consultancy. Working with a team of experienced financial professionals, he acquires and restructures distressed debts across the country.

A member of the Appraisal Institute with the MAI membership designation, Mr. Segar is also a licensed real estate broker. Outside of his professional pursuits, he has competed in and coached Division I wrestling.
